They were extremely sophisticated diners looking for something very creative and exceptional! How did we do it? We flew in truffles from France, Wagyu Beef from New York City, and Jamison Farm Lamb from Pennsylvania. All of these dishes were created especially for this dinner.
Dear Scott, as usual at one of your events, the guests could talk about little else outside of the incredible food. The service by your staff was impeccable and professional. The presentations were beautiful as indicated by the oohs and aahs around the table with every new course... One runs out of superlatives when describing your food. ~ Tom
