Their caterer moved away at the last minute! The Wedding was on the North Shore - five hours away! They called us! My Service Captain and I went north the day before the event. Working in a kitchen we'd never seen, with a staff we didn't know. In one day we trained the staff to our exacting standards and prepared a feast for 120 guests. They were thrilled!

Finding Scott was like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow....
We were delighted. The food was exquisite and his staff were friendly
and very accommodating....he was a big part of our joyous occasion.
